许曦扬：7月CPI多空参半澳联储降息落地
隔夜，美指多头遭遇重创。在CPI出炉前，美指曾因市场对CPI预期偏高而高歌猛涨，但数据公布后，这一切化为乌有。7月份，美国CPI环比上涨0.2%，符合市场预期，与6月份0.3%的涨幅相比有所放缓。同比来看，CPI上涨2.7%，低于市场预期的2.8%，与6月份持平。核心CPI方面，剔除波动较大的食品和能源价格后，7月份环比上涨0.3%，符合预期；但同比涨幅达到3.1%，高于预期的3.0%，创下自2月份以来的新高。

尽管核心通胀略有反弹，但7月CPI数据整体温和，消除了美联储降息的一大障碍。交易员大幅提高了对美联储9月降息的预期，目前概率高达95%。欧元兑美元走高近百点，且短线大概率将维持震荡上行。

此外，澳洲联储宣布年内第三次降息，将基准利率下调25个基点至3.6%，创2023年4月以来新低。这一决定符合市场预期，澳洲联储本轮宽松周期已累计降息75个基点。澳洲联储主席布洛克(Michele Bullock)在会后声明中表示，未来的政策路径将取决于经济数据，并密切关注全球经济、国内需求、通胀及劳动力市场趋势。决议公布后，澳元兑美元应声下滑，而对政策敏感的三年期国债收益率抹去早前涨幅，交易员加大了对明年进一步降息的押注，但澳美在美盘收复了部分跌幅，决议的影响基本消失殆尽，短线预计将延续震荡偏强走势。
